• We currently accept Visa, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard as our payment methods.

• Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed for shipment.

• Payment transactions are processed through the available payment processing system used during checkout. Customers should complete payments through the checkout process and should never send passwords or sensitive payment credentials to us by email or chat.

Order Cancellation

• Customers may request cancellation of an order within 1 day of placing the order.

• To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@tekcentricgloballlc.shop and provide your order number.

• We will make reasonable efforts to process a cancellation request received within the applicable cancellation period. However, a cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the order has already entered processing, been prepared for shipment, or been shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through the normal cancellation process. If the customer still wishes to return the product, the request will be handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• Standard shipping is free, with no additional shipping charges for standard delivery.

• Orders are shipped using FedEx.

• Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days, with an estimated transit time of 2–5 business days. The estimated total delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days.

• Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST-5), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on applicable non-business days will generally be treated as received on the next business day for processing purposes.

• Delivery estimates are provided as general estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier operations, transportation issues, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order. If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we may not be able to guarantee delivery or an address correction after the order has entered processing or shipping. Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they discover an error in their shipping information.

Returns and Refund

• Our store accepts eligible returns within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.

• Returns may be accepted for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions and review process described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

• For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, customers must contact us with appropriate order information and clear photographs so that we can review the issue.

• If our review confirms that the wrong product was sent or that the product arrived damaged or defective, Tek Centric Global LLC will cover the return-label cost.

• For eligible non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return-label or return shipping cost.

• Direct exchanges are not accepted.

• There is no restocking fee ($0) for eligible returns.

• Approved refunds are generally processed within 10business days after the returned product has been received and approved, with additional time potentially required by the payment provider or financial institution.

Customer Responsibilities for Return

Customers must contact us before sending a product back. If a product arrives damaged or appears defective, customers should not attempt to repair, alter, or modify the product before contacting us. Clear photographs and relevant order information may be required to help us review the reported issue.
